Application process can be completed in the below five steps:
step-1: Complete candidate registration.
- First of all, candidates have submit their personal details like Name, Father’s/Mother’s name, domicile details, Date of birth, gender, mobile number, and many more required details.
- Those candidates who has already filled registration form before can use their registration number to fill and submit the application form.
- After filling out all the details candidate should fill the “Enter Verification Code” to complete the registration process otherwise registration will be rejected.
- After completing the registration process candidate will see a slip on next page. In this slip candidate will gate their 11 digit registration number which candidate should save in their device.
step-2: Uploading of Photo and Signature Upload
The color photograph of the candidate should conform to the following standards-
- The image of the face should be clearly visible. There should not be excessive glare/shadows on the face.
- Must be clearly visible from chin to crown.
- Both the ears on both the sides of the face are clearly visible.
- In case of wearing glasses, the eyes should be clearly visible and the glass should not be colored.
- The gaze should be straight on the camera.
- Expression should be neutral (eyes open, mouth closed).
- Required Background should be white or light gray color.
- Size of photograph should be of 3.5 cms. x 4.5 cm. In which about 70% of the photo is covered by the face.
- Photograph must have been taken within 6 months.
- The color photograph of the candidate should conform to the above prescribed standard, the file size of which should be maximum 50 Kb. Candidates will scan and upload their color photograph in jpeg, jpg., format.
step-3: Filling of remaining details (Filling Remaining Part of Form).
- Candidate will also have to fill preferential qualification (if any) and permanent and correspondence address etc. After this the candidate will have to agree to a declaration.
- All the candidates are expected to fill their reservation category carefully and correctly.
- The examination fee is to be deposited by the candidates on the basis of their reservation category only.
- If fee is not submitted then candidate will not be allowed to appear in the examination and his/her candidature will be cancelled.
step-4: Submit your form and make examination fee payment and reconciliation.
- Candidate can submit application fee using the prescribed payment gateways or modes such as Credit/Debit Cards, Internet banking or SBI’s e-Challan.
- Other payment modes are not allowed for fee payment.
- If fee has been deducted from candidate’s bank but candidate can not be able to download application form print due to payment adjustment.
- Then candidate should go to applicant segment on homepage and click the Update your transaction ID by double verification link.
- For SBI e-Challan payment candidate should have to Download the SBI e-Challan and have to visit nearest SBI branch to make e-Challan.
- After e-Challan candidate should visit applicant segment from homepage of UPSSSC and have to enter their Transaction ID of e-Challan to double verify the payment adjustment.
- All candidate should complete their payment and download their application form before last date of advertisement or 1 week before the last date.
- Candidates can make payment later after registration but before last date.
- Candidate will not be able to pay application and submit application form after last date of submission.
step-5: take printout of application form and fee receipt.
- Candidate can download their application form after completion of all the steps.
